As a result this site will no longer be updated. It will remain in situ until such time as (if) Lycos remove it due to non activity. 

Kaichou-Kai Karate Club evolved out of Grays, Rainham and Ockendon Ishinryu Karate Club in early 2009 when Sensei Moira Barber decided to take control of her own Association.

Our clubs are based in Rainham, Grays and Hornchurch and our students range from age 5 to mature adult. We also have classes at local schools. Our senior instructors are CRB checked.

Karate classes and fitness sessions for all ages are held throughout the week at all three clubs.

Monday 1800 - 1900 For beginners up to 5th Kyu @ Rainham

Monday 1915 - 2015 For 4th Kyu and above @ Rainham

Tuesday 1900 - 2000 All Grades @ Grays

Tuesday 1900 - 2000 All grades 5 years+ @ Hornchurch

Thursday - 8.00-9.00pm - Ladies fitness karate trial sessions @ Hornchurch

Friday 1800 -1900 For beginners up to 5th Kyu @ Rainham

Friday 1915 - 2015 For 4th Kyu and above @ Rainham

Sunday - 10.30-11.30am - All grades 5 years+  @ Hornchurch
